PT, DPT, CSCS, FRCms
Founder/Physical TherapistShaun received his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Rutgers University and has been working in the health and wellness space since 2008. His focus is to help people build resilient bodies that can withstand the demands of their work, sport, and hobbies well into later stages of life. Shaun believes treatment goes well beyond the clinic. He strives to help clientele understand their bodies on a higher level, allowing them to build and integrate habits into their daily life that maximize durability and healthy movement.
Raised in Southern California, Shaun grew up skateboarding but later fell in love with snowboarding and surfing. 99% of his travels center around those two activities. In recent years, he’s also developed a passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Physical TherapistTim holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Arcadia University, and 8 years of strength & conditioning and run coaching - focusing on sports rehab to help clients return to activity and sport through appropriate load management and progressive strengthening to lower risk of injury, address functional capacity and deficits to return to sport, and improve overall performance during training. Tim has worked with athletes of all levels, from NYC to Boulder to Los Angeles, helping high school and collegiate competitors to professional runners and triathletes to recreational fitness enthusiasts and endurance athletes.
Outside of work as physical therapist, Tim enjoys training for races, the longer they are the better, and getting out on the water or in the mountains. He grew up in the Midwest, and will never give up those roots, but he loves experiencing and learning about other cultures, having lived abroad from Austria to New Zealand to China. Fall is usually his favorite season when it lasts more than a week
“I think NYC is the best city to party in and now one of the best cities to be sober in, and I could soft serve vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles every night.“
